Class Fees and Continuous Enrolment

Your membership at The Little Gym Camberley is year round and paid monthly, split into 12 equal payments. You will attend your regular class during term time. During our holiday periods we offer complementary member benefit classes and practice times which are included in your membership. Payments are made with cards via direct debit. The Gym is open 50 weeks of the year. We close for one week in September for team training plus Christmas and Easter weekend. During the 6 week summer holiday you will receive 6 ‘credits’ to use at The Little Gym. These can be exchanged for classes, camps, workshops and events during the holiday period.

If you wish to stop your membership at any time we require one payment month notice in writing via email, after an initial enrolment period of one month. In term time, if your class falls on a Bank Holiday you will be given a make up class. Any make up classes gained during your enrolment must be used before their expiration date and before the end of your notice period. Unused make up classes are non-refundable.

Make-Up Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled term time class please let us know via email by 9am on the day of your class. You will then receive a make up class added to your account. Holiday classes are an optional member benefit and make up classes are not given if you cannot attend. Make up classes expire 2 months after the cancelled date. Make up classes can be used in any available class either before the cancellation date or anytime before their expiration as long as you remain enrolled in the programme. It is your responsibility to book these sessions, unused make up classes hold no monetary value and cannot be refunded. Make up classes can be used by siblings or gifted to friends. Please feel free to call or email us. camberley@thelittlegym.co.uk
